2 EVPs for Your Review

Hi gang! Would you do me a favor and listen to these 2 EVPs and tell me what you hear? I’ll add the context and my rating below. Each EVP will repeat 3 or 4 times in the clips. Take a listen and leave what you hear in the comments below.

EVPs

Queen Mary Capture

EVP captured that may be John Pedder from Queen Mary

Ghostly Context

Ghostly Club member, Amy Beal, investigated the Queen Mary during the spring of 2026. She was down in the ship’s engine room of the ship when she came to the portal door #13 where John Pedder died. John, an 18-year-old sailor (some say he was 19), got crushed when the door closed during a safety drill in 1966. I don’t know if this voice is his but it’s certainly creepy.

Rating

I’ll give this a Class B, which means you can definitely hear the ghostly voice. But I’m not sure what it says. I think it says “Hello” but it’s not clear enough to me.

153 Mile Grocery Store

Investigators captured a DVP while investigating a historic grocery store

Ghostly Context

In March 2026, The Paranormal Roadtrippers and Beyond The Haunting investigated a historical location at 153 Mile in British Columbia, Canada. The team heard a DVP, called out as a whisper, as they recapped evidence they’d captured up to that point.

Rating

This is close to a Class A EVP. I clearly hear “Who are you?,” and that’s an appropriate response. The grocery store hadn’t been open to ghost hunting teams, or anyone other than the owner, for over 70 years. It’s a time capsule.

You can find my process for editing EVPs, you this handy dandy article on EVP processing.
